executions dont work as expected with rimthreaded

Describe the bug !!! bug description here !!! whenever i execute a prisoner, as the prisoner dies, in the top left it says "cancelled" as he dies, doesnot trigger an event saying "execution is boring/great" and i get no mood buffs/debuffs Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Go to '...' ritual spot
- Click on '....' begin public execution
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error

Mod list (For vanilla report, it has to be same as below list.)

- Royalty (optional)
- HugsLib
- RimThreaded
- I tested it a couple of times in 2.5.16 and i got mood buffs for the executions
- i did not get a message or a letter about the quality of the execution
- i did get the "execution cancelled" message when the prisoner died.
so there is some weird behaviour, bit its not totally broken.
