Couldnt replicate with a quick test in 2.5.16.1 and a mostly vanilla list, might be fixed or caused by a mod. needs more testing @Sernior please look at the logs...

Issue in set pixel method and colorCounts

Now that i look at it, there are a bunch of issues if you write any pixel position more than once. the color counts get messed up
