Did you try all the rounding and clamping modes?
The slowdown issue is related to depth AFAIK.
Still occurs as of 1.7.4570
@HeroponRikiBestest does this still occur on the latest 1.7 build?
Tested the GS Dump and the text is still missing. Preload Frame Data will replace the text with junk, seems to be the same issue as #1739

Has this been confirmed against real hardware that it doesn't exist there?
