[BUG] Rugby 2004 demo, padman dma busy errors when exiting the demo.

Describe the bug When exiting the "Rubgy 2004" demo in the issue 38 of the PS2 EU magazine, PCSX2 does a blackscreen instead of properly exiting the demo.

To Reproduce Load Rubgy 2004 and exit the demo.

Expected behavior The demo should exit properly and return to the demo disc menu.

Emulation Settings All default.

System Info (please complete the following information): PCSX2 Revision: pcsx2-v1.7.0-dev-877-g6c81bb54f-windows-x86 OS: Windows 10 CPU: I9 9900k GPU: RTX 3070
