Increased height to 600. I also changed how dialog size is determined (it's set during popup instead of minimum size, so you can shrink it now).
Still valid in 3.2.3 Looks like `open_encrypted_with_pass()` doesn't support WRITE_READ mode, not sure if it's intended.
I marked this as fix for #92911, but after testing again now, the results are wrong. Did something change?
Expected results is that I get the same modified time in a dev build and an official build. This is no longer true.

Rebased and fixed some errors. Autoload dialog now uses its own SceneCreateDialog and no longer open the scene when created.
