Is there any actual incompatibility, or is it only the version numbers?

Ah. Do you know what version of upstream dolphin is compatible with the current stable version of Dolphin iOS?

According to the [Dolphin wiki](https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Sonic_Riders) it seems to be something about TMEM.

@Ratatatouillielol DolphiniOS now supports [JITStreamer](https://jitstreamer.com/) which allows you to enable JIT without another device. This issue can be closed. Nothing better than JIT streamer can (to my knowledge) be achieved...

You could open it in PC dolphin, then use [this method](https://www.reddit.com/r/DolphiniOS/comments/s9su2m/transfer_dolphin_saves_to_dolphin_ios/) to copy it to DolphiniOS.
