Adding the option to import saves from games

In the PC version of Dolphin you can import ".bin" save files, it would be nice to have that option on DolphiniOS.

Basically I wanted to import saves from Mario Bros Wii and Mario Kart, for MK it worked as the structure was similar like on the real Wii, but for Mario Bros after copying the save files to Files.app and then opening the game it would tell that the save was corrupted. Those files where extracted using SaveGame Manager GX on my vWii (on a Wii U).

On that Homebrew app you can also export the saves as "compressed" files, which are .bin files, maybe using those would make better compatibility.

You could open it in PC dolphin, then use this method to copy it to DolphiniOS.
