Save State Compatibility with upstream dolphin

Describe the feature you'd like

Currently, if you try syncing save states, you can't play dolphin (PC) save states on DolphiniOS, and vice-versa. It would be great if they were interoperable, because I often begin playing on my PC and continue on my phone (or vice versa), using save states so I can continue mid level.

Is there any actual incompatibility, or is it only the version numbers?

You would have to have the same Dolphin version, and this project does not rebase often.

Ah. Do you know what version of upstream dolphin is compatible with the current stable version of Dolphin iOS?

You'd have to find the last upstream commit and then go to Dolphin's site to find what build number they assigned to it
