Emulation unpauses when opening app switcher

Describe the issue

If you pause the emulation using the bar at the top, then open the app switcher/ go to the Home Screen, then come back, the emulation is unpaused (but the button still shows the paused state)

Expected result

Stay paused

Device information

  • Device: iPhone 8 Plus
  • OS: iOS 15.3.1
  • Jailbreak method: None (Using AltJIT beta)
  • DolphiniOS version: 3.2.0b2 (186) (Public Beta, NJB)
  • Emulated game: Super Mario Bros Wii
