Is there any reason for keeping this issue open? It seems like it has been resolved.
There is a field for all `cycleway(:*)` values except for `cycleway:both` which is tracked in #743. `man_made=gantry` has also been added.
`sidewalk=no` has gotten approximately 100k more instances over the last 4 months while `sidewalk=none` is pretty much stagnant. I don't think that there is any reason to delay adding this...
Or *Fuel Vending Machine* and additional preset for *Fuel Pump* (`man_made=fuel_pump`)?
@cmoffroad The PR uses "Gas" for both presets since this is what was used in the original preset.
