I'm submitting a bug report

Brief Description

OSMCha.org doesn't load changesets.

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

An error message appears, console shows CORS errors, changeset doesn't load.

What is the expected behaviour ?

Changeset does load, no errors.

When does this occur ?

Every time I click on a changeset.

How do we replicate the issue ?

Open osmcha.org
Log in if not logged in already
Try to open a changeset

Please tell us about your environment:

Firefox 107.0.1 on Windows 10 Enhanced tracking protection disabled Adblockers disabled

Confirm this bug, but I don't get this message - only NO visualisation for every changeset for last two days. Only map and box:

Reproduced same error (changeset doesn't load, 403 Forbidden in console) on Chrome Version 109.0.5414.25 (Official Build) beta (arm64) on Mac OS Ventura:

changeset data on S3 is not accessible to the public
CORS also prevents loading the changeset from Overpass API

No new changesets in the (spatial) filter since 2 days No loading the changesets of the last two days (without spatial filtering)

Thank you for the ticket and reports.

It seems like there is an issue with the server that runs the Overpass instance that OSMCha uses. I believe folks are looking into it and hopefully it is back up soon.

I also confirm this. Almost a week without being able to visualize changesets. For a tool that I use everyday, it's really a question of saying "help!"
