It should be a tool that you can turn on and off like it's done in JOSM with the buildings tool.

It may give such impression but I don't see a problem with that.

Would it be feasible to separate them in two different tabs (Open and Closed) like it's done in the messages page?

In Bulgarian(bg-BG), numbers are formatted exactly like in French.

@stefanb The "remove suspicious name" seems to be resolved. The problem is that the brand is not suggested when you have `name=Petrol`. 

Resolved by #8730, also works with `brand` and `operator` instead of `name`. CC: @Cj-Malone. 

@waldyrious is this bug still present? I can't seem to reproduce it.

They seem quite surveyable to me. All parcel lockers are branded in one way or another.
