Closing as fixed by #75484. I hope I didn't make an error, tell me if I did.
Looking at the commit history, this PR should have been `git merge --squash`ed, if the GitHub interface allows it.

If you (or anyone) reproduce it, please share the reproduction steps! Nobody can do anything except for bug hunting or putting it to the back of their head.
