@olliw42 there's some suggestion we should stop supporting cross-compiling under cygwin. Most developers are happily using wsl2 now-adays. Do you have thoughts on the matter?

I've merged a PR to master to reference the GNSS_INTEGRITY message now Rebasing this should cause the tests to be happy again. ... also, can we close https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/pull/26990 ?
