@Triang3l oh, interesting! I'd like to know more. How are the geometry shaders used for clears? Are sparse resources and heap aliasing non-optional in your Vulkan renderer?
Could you use compute shaders instead? What exactly is the use case for the geometry shaders in Xenia?
I was just surprised to see your suggestion to use transform feedback instead of geometry shaders, since TF is not a part of Vulkan. Compute shaders are.
I'm not familiar with `look_at` used for placing objects. After all, the function is about "look", it implies the camera.
Could somebody sum up the status of this PR? Is there a consensus, and what's left to do?
@alexandre-janniaux you'd need to do fair judgement on what parts are messed up, and what parts are acceptably modified. You can make a PR and we can continue discussion there?
