this is a pretty strange implementation \- this creates a new thread every time a demoknight swings their melee while charging \- this measures real-world time, not the engine curtime...
this is MASSIVELY improved since last i saw this pr only things i can think of: - maybe `m_bCurrentAttackIsDuringDemoCharge` should be a predicted networked var? (very minor, not really necessary)...
