If you are curious, now this PR already fix the most obvious inconsistency I noticed back then, the rest to do is some minor details. I also decapitalized some stuff.
I also made minors changes regarding comments on creature.cfg and magic.cfg.

I updated and instead of forcing the change, they are commented out so if one wants to use it they can uncomment to enable it.
Can be nice for custom campaign too!
