Improve french translation

Improve consistency between tooltips, plus some minor translation fixes.

I guess you could merge it as is if you want yes, but yeah still a lot to do I just didn't have a good window in life to work in calm with this.

If you are curious, now this PR already fix the most obvious inconsistency I noticed back then, the rest to do is some minor details. I also decapitalized some stuff.
