Sorry for the massive delay. Any BIDS derivatives dataset should have ["DatasetType": "derivatives"](https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/v1.7.0/99-appendices/14-glossary.html#datasettype-metadata) in the dataset_description.json, so I would assume that pybids is checking that.

I think it's worth it to open a PR to add the `noRF` suffix. Does anyone have any issue with that?

I might need to define a custom restructuredText role to combine `:math:` and `:term:` so I can use math terms as glossary entries.

At first glance, I think the code could be very useful in `phys2denoise`, but we would probably want to convert it to a functional approach to match `phys2denoise`'s style.

There probably _should_ be a place within the physiopy umbrella for calculating metrics for analysis rather than denoising, right? Do we have a planned place for things like that?

I don't do much with Flywheel (beyond downloading DICOMs using the API), so I can't help much with gear development, but I'm happy to help out with configuring ASLPrep within...
