Not really sure how to do this since glua hooks don't have an ordering.
@VaasKahnGrim when you're commercial software, you need to ensure that someone can't turn around and sue you for using their stuff commercially. Permissions have to be documented.
Would greatly improve Advdupe2 because it uses a temp file right now for binary operations.

Wire digital screen and would benefit greatly from this too.
Can you do dissolve in a different PR? I wasn't comfortable adding that in this one.
