Looks like it's not maintained anymore in Fedora repos. You can try installing it by downloading the RPM packages: https://www.pdflabs.com/docs/install-pdftk-on-redhat-or-centos/

Will be added in Beta 11. I forgot about bookmarking cloud locations. Let me know if you find any other things that don't work correctly.

I don't plan to add support for this. If someone can implement this I'll be happy to merge it.
