This is a system bug, but a fix will have to wait for proper emanation support (other than auras). That should happen shortly after V10 is released.

Rather than refactoring this, we should remove `fieldDiscovery` (and anything else alchemist-specific) from the rule element.

This isn't going to do anything to address the problem of automating lore skills. Transferring all the problems of lore items to actor data is absolutely not a goal.

They're either talking about the token HUD or the effects panel. The condition manager doesn't have a UI.

This isn't something we can consider for this release, and next major release will be for V10--which will require a full rewrite of the PR.
