ConditionManager - Be more descriptive when inactivating a condition

Currently, an inactive condition is listed as Name (Inactive). Why it's in active would be very helpful.

Example Dazzled overridden by Blinded should read Dazzled (Overridden). Clumsy 1 inactivated by Clumsy 3 should read `Clumsy 1 (Larger Value)

We appear to have degraded even from this behavior. It no longer shows as inactive at all and just vanishes from the condition manager. If you set slow then stunned even removing stunned doesn't make slow reappear in the condition manager.

They're either talking about the token HUD or the effects panel. The condition manager doesn't have a UI.
