@leighmcculloch have you seen an action error like the one currently failing in this PR before? It looks like the build-stellar-core step under Testing just times out after 6 hours.
We should prioritize this. The upgrade started failing silently after the v21 update.

Yeah the check as-is is not what we want. This issue is about re-enabling the check in a way that works, or making sure it can stay removed.
