Add `nrow` and `ncol`

I noticed that there is a `rowcount`, but not a `columncount` and that `length(columnnames(cols))` was used in the codebase to count the number of columns (because that is the fastest?)....

Listings is pretty bad at recognizing functions etc. A workaround could be to pass Julia's symbols from `Main` into the listings keywords.

When there is not much text, the width is not big enough on large screens.

Hash filenames

This would reduce the chance of collisions and possibly avoid problems on Windows with filenames being too long.

when doing gen, start webserver if socket free and print link? Only if possible to also allow disable the server without Julia restart
