I feel this PR has been abandoned by the author and would recommend a new one to be opened.
Is there an ETA for the stabilization of it?
I'm fine keeping this open for the meantime, the problem is it becoming stale.

I've removed the Corepack mention for the time being, until the TSC decides the future of Corepack.
Looks like this is a draft yet, and most of the styles feel broken 🤔
