Sorry, you're the expert, Brian, so I defer to you. But are you referring to the order as specified in ``antsApplyTransforms`` or the order in which the operations are applied?
Oh, dumb of me, you're right---the registration operation is in that direction.

The ``*`` in ``antsRegistrationSyN*[bo]`` is simply a placeholder for the different possibilities, ie, "Quick", "Repro". You would have to specify which one you want. See the help [here](https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTs/blob/master/Scripts/antsRegistrationSyNQuick.sh#L68-L77).

@gdevenyi is referring to the main ``antsRegistration`` interface and not through ANTsPy. I'm pretty sure the functionality you're looking for doesn't currently exist in ANTsPy.
If you're interested in this, you're certainly welcome to test it and propose a relevant commit.
I'm guessing anything with ants*.sh constitutes a subset of "maintained" scripts. Some of these scripts are exercised with various github examples (including data) that are linked to on the main...
