Yes. I think it's good to re-introduce this in our current version. So that it starts charging at 6A for 40s (in Solar mode). And then starts increasing the charge...
Here is a test firmware which will start charging at 6A (or MinCurrent) for 40 seconds, and then starts increasing the charge current. [firmware.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/15677972/firmware.zip)
This has been implemented in v3.6.2 Closing this now.
All the work that went into Serkri's fork and more added by Dingo35 is now finally available here. Will close this now.
Ok, thanks for the bug report. i'll see if i can improve the Wifi reconnect functionality.
I have tried the WiFi.setAutoReconnect(true); WiFi.persistent(true); but it did not work, the controller would not automatically reconnect anymore. I have not experienced wifi issues myself, so difficult to test.
I hope the connection issues were solved. As the current software version is based on Serkri/Dingo35's work, and i have not seen this issue mentioned anymore, i'll close this issue.
Hi, What brand of contactor are you using? I've noticed that some contactors will disturb the controller, up to a point where the controller crashes.
I'm glad you fixed the issue, i agree that it's weird that the GE contactor only with a Zoe causes the issue..
