Is this still a problem? Meanwhile we require CMake version 3.16...3.27, see https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl/pull/2987. Please reopen if something needs to be done here.

It is faster now (both MSAN and ASAN ~6min)
I think we have now all stuff with `-v -v -v -v`, please reopen if something is missing..
This is now superseded by completely rewritten documentation for the new cjxl. It should by now contain all options. Thanks for the effort at the time, though!
