Sometimes still an issue since ragdoll rewrite. Not sure why.
You might need a newer version of the Windows SDK installed. Make sure you are using Visual Studio 2022 also.
It supports VS2022 by default.

Probably a Hyprland bug? Works fine on KDE and Sway/LabWC
