This cannot be fixed on our side. This is an AMD driver bug.
I already made a bug report about this and pointed to the problem code.
This issue is confusing two things one is https://github.com/GPUOpen-Drivers/pal/issues/91 and the other is an issue already fixed in Gamescope-git.
You might be able to get more info if you compile your own shader DLL containing teeth and play around with this. But I will add this to my backlog...
