I'm not sure it fits into the map together with mtb:scale tagged ways. But I'd like to allow the user to simply show an overlay with route=mtb tracks.

At least there is a demand from community to render Norway and Israel.

Thanks for the report, you're totally right. This issue is also linked with subsequent altitude profile rendering. I'll try to find out some reasonable solution.

In fact, the name is rendered :), but it's definitely not obvious as it should be.
