Fix missing rendering of Telč name

In zoom 13, the name of Telč town is not rendered at all, while its parts are rendered: http://mtbmap.cz/#zoom=13&lat=49.1889&lon=15.4824

In fact, the name is rendered :), but it's definitely not obvious as it should be.
