making it is own command as @kriswallsmith said above will lead to code duplication unless the entire DumpCommand is refactored. Just moving the new `dumpManifest()` method to its own class...

another option is just to duplicate the code but the dependency is just way too heavy for the amount of code actually used.
sorry I wasn't clear. speakers need to be ungrouped when starting airsonos as otherwise airsonos doesn't pick up the individual speakers.
at the very least a rebase seems to be required
