Cloth manipulation

I just wanted to follow up on this. Has the cloth manipulation env implemented yet?

[Bug Report] gym.wrappers.RecordVideo keep increasing memory usage

I have the same issue. I also tried changing `--video` (green curve) to `--enable_cameras` (orange curve) to train visual RL policies without saving the video. However, the memory still increases...
