Not sure if we have implemented sending of an SMS in the SMS Gateway yet, this must be investigated.

Reply messages will only be language specific, they will not depend on project.

Reopening as AutomaticRepliesController.cs still has code for creating automatic reply messages for projects. But I'm also moving this to the Future milestone as automatic replies are not our top priority...
