Data Collector information update by SMS

As a data collector, I want to set my status to passive so that I do not receive any more requests from RC. The system should respond to a pre-defined trigger word "set status to passive" sent by SMS and set the data collector's status to passive. When a data collector is set to passive, it should not receive information messages from the system (bulk messages etc.) Similarly the user should be able to send a message to activate the account. A confirmation SMS should be sent to the Data Collector. See
