As a data verifier or data owner, I want to send custom SMS to data collectors

User story As a data verifier/owner, I want to have an easy way to manually send SMS' to data collectors so that I can give them (custom) feedback or information of e.g. ongoing epidemics.

Functional requirements

  • Filtering of data collectors by data verifier, location or name
  • Send the manually entered text to the filtered data collectors by SMS

Not sure if we have implemented sending of an SMS in the SMS Gateway yet, this must be investigated.
