Changes in https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/pull/7683 seem to address this problem in a better way already, i.e., using the cluster's read version instead of this storage's version.

Exclude can fail if data is not distributed evenly

We discussed in the meeting. The metric should be `used_bytes` for all machines divided by `total_bytes` of non-excluded SSes.

SaveAndKill workload affects the clearing of healthyZoneKey key in MachineAttrition workload

Another idea is to fix the part 2, clearing the key there.

Added LatencySample for range read, and traces for slow range reads.

@liquid-helium, the other PR https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/pull/8173 also added the LatencySample. Maybe you can add your logic on top of that PR?
