Hi @bfirsh with docker 1.3 out should we replace the whole project by a link to boo2tdocker?

Fix stop_serving in proactor loop kill all listening servers

Current implementation of the asyncio Proactor event loop has an issue, when you stop a server it's cancel the futures of all other servers.

Reported by mail by a user. A user with restricted read access can access via the web to any file of the project.

This the pull request is about memory leak reported by @YvesDup in #57. I think this need to be merge in binlogstream before merge of the pull request.

We have a beginning of documentation but row event fields are not documented. It's important because we add new thing like primary_key list in the library.
