Sorry but we do not support R10 for `nanopolish eventalign` yet - you may wish to look at f5c as it does support R10 data (cc: @hasindu2008)
Hi, Are you using the latest nanopolish? The final log message suggests you're using an older version as there was a double-counting bug in some old versions. Jared
The error message (`__cray_sset_detect`) suggests you are using a Cray computer. What architecture is the machine? Can you post the output of `uname -a`?
