nanopolish polya with guppy 6.0.6

Hi @jts Is it possible to "nanopolish polya" with guppy 6.0.6 called fastq files? Or do only albacore basecalled fastq files work with the command?

Seen from the documentation, it seems like guppy basecaller also works with the command. image
