command 一詞應翻譯為「[命令](https://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw/dictView.jsp?ID=4955)」，以區隔 instruction 的翻譯「[指令](https://dict.concised.moe.edu.tw/dictView.jsp?ID=29174)」。

由於 `http://edt1023.sayya.org` 這個超連結已失效，致使書中提及的排版效果和 TeX 文稿無法參照。

為了簡化文件編譯，可引入 latexmk (或其他工具) 進行自動化。

第三章提及：「而 Unicode 官方採用的樣本字型，剛好是中國大陸的廠商所提供，這樣一來有些軟體工作者就認為我們的刪節號應該是 U+22EF 了，很不幸的，我們的 Big-5 碼並沒有相對應的字碼」 當主流桌面應用陸續支援 Unicode 後，這段描述已不再有效。 第四章的「4.9 加入中文」也有類似的狀況，「進入 CJK 環境，並使用 Big-5 碼及 hwmm 這個字型」已不再需要。
