The routing issue has been fixed, but we still need to figure out if this introduces the aforementioned regression (https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/pull/22192#discussion_r1283024125).

If the problem is not reproducible there is very little we can do, please attach logs if you have them.

Aside from the technical implementation, 'password strength' is a relative term that means different things depending on who you ask. Some users might not even want to have this indicator...
