The safest way to fix this would be to make use of different margins in the example app, so that we can visually verify that things look ok.

We don't want to disable `cellLayoutMarginsFollowReadableWidth`, because we want to blend in with the iOS defaults. However, even setting it to `NO` only _reduces_ the offsets, it doesn't completely fix...
