Aha it was just merged on the nextflow end, so we will be able to test it soon @sghuete !
There has been some issues with the configs rendering on the website apparently (see [here](https://nfcore.slack.com/archives/CGRTMASKY/p1724230042208359)). That's probably the reason why, you can track that thread. I can leave this up...

Hmm, might need some discussion when I'm not so tired, that said the issue might be related to https://github.com/nf-core/mag/issues/691, is that correct? Maybe if we update the filtlong module this...
