Testing guidance: See `EmbedderTest::PlatformMessagesCanReceiveResponse` for an instance of a test you can use for inspiration. You would send the pointer event with the custom message via `FlutterEngineSendPointerEvent` in native code....

This is going to increase binary size (~80k per architecture) but we might want to land it anyway.
