I pushed an updated version of this PR that should hopefully be a bit easier to read. It's still quite complex because we have to be robust against going out...
 Looks fine when replaying the apitrace.
 The game itself looks fine too.
Please post some DXVK logs. Right now you've given us zero information so all we can do is guess.
I don't know if any apps are affected. I want to make DXVK play nice with the Wine tests.

I think I'll try to land this first batch before looking into more of the tests.
According to Josh it's mostly down to TexcoordFlags, TransformFlags and TexcoordDeclMask.
