I've had this occur several times; a longish (couple weeks) running Ketrew server crashes upon submission + navigating the web UI a bit. No error that I have seen.

Right now, i just stare at the "is running" or "is killable" list and make sure nothing else shows up, and then I know/hope it's safe to submit another workflow...
