Ketrew crashes

I've had this occur several times; a longish (couple weeks) running Ketrew server crashes upon submission + navigating the web UI a bit. No error that I have seen.

How to reproduce?

No reliable repro; crashing seems to randomly occur upon submission (no particular weird job, no high load afaik).
